Origin of Shipment All products are manufactured and shipped directly from our partner factories in Zhuhai, China. Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and the selected shipping method.

Order Processing (Handling Time) The shipping and delivery period begins only after:

• Advance payment has been received.
• Payment confirmation has been verified by our bank.
• The order has been approved for production and shipment.

Note: Any production, processing, or shipping timelines provided are calculated from the date of confirmed payment, not from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Methods & Timelines We categorize our shipments into two main types to ensure the most efficient delivery for your items.

1. Sample Orders & Small Shipments (Express Delivery)Applies to: Samples, small orders, accessories, and lightweight products.

• Shipping Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, Direct Airline Express Services
• Production & Processing Time: 3–7 business days
• Transit Time: 4–6 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–13 business days

2. Bulk Orders & Large EquipmentApplies to: Interactive Smart Boards, LCD Advertising Screens, Digital Signage Systems, Interactive Kiosks, LED Displays, Large Customized Equipment, and OEM / Private Label Production Orders.

• Production & Processing Time: 10–30 business days (depending on customization and order quantity)
• Transit Times:
  • Air Freight: 7–15 business days
  • Sea Freight: 20–45 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time:
  • Air Freight: 17–45 business days
  • Sea Freight: 30–75 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), clearance charges, or other government fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.

Delivery Estimates & Exceptions All delivery times provided are estimates. Kuwait Corporation Limited (KCL) will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates for circumstances beyond our control.

Shipments may occasionally be affected by:

• Customs inspections and clearance holds
• Public holidays (both in the origin and destination countries)
